I think that’s the point Pie makes regularly but also that it’s the same on the extremes of both sides.

Pie / walker is more realistic. There's shades of grey and nothing is perfect.

I'm "left-wing", for what it's worth. But Walker makes some good points. My late dad, staunchly Labour (moreso than I, I'm a wishy washy liberal, ha!), used to read the Daily Telegraph regularly.
I asked him once, Why?
A: "Know your enemies."
I still look at the Daily Mail.
Still, I can't be generally bothered with the politco nutjob threads on WHO. It's a shame what's happened with everyone at each others' throats. I come here for FOOTBALL! Rant over.

Tom Walker is a member of the Labour Party.
But like many leftists, he's just fed up that they've been overtaken. He basically just hates modern politics, gutter level of discourse (see WHO's boring/threat threads) and news. I can't really argue with him. PIE is just an exaggeration of EVERYONE.

Pie's creator Tom Walker describes himself as a leftish socialist and liberal. He may find faults in the extremes of both wings but he's not a centrist.
I think the common denominator in his material is taking on career politicians who have abandoned common sense and lost touch with those they represent.
